The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and oven, giving you everything you need for an easy and flexible stay. For a particularly enjoyable start to the day, take advantage of our fresh bread delivery service – or savour our homemade honey from the farm.
Naturally, fresh towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, equipment for young children (baby cot and high chair), a farm information folder, a library, a common room with children’s play corner, parking and a ski storage room all add to the comfortable atmosphere. Guests travelling with an electric car can conveniently use the 22 kW charging station right here at the farm.
Our lawn and garden are perfect not only for relaxing, but also for spending time together outdoors. With a barbecue area and a pizza oven, summer evenings turn into special moments with delicious homemade meals. Children can look forward to a playground, swimming pool (4 m diameter, 1.2 m deep), table tennis, table football and a trampoline – plenty of space to play, laugh and enjoy their holiday to the fullest.

Children from 0–3 years stay with us free of charge.
Included in the price are: bed linen, hand and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, Wi-Fi, bread delivery service, the South Tyrol Guest Pass and final cleaning.
Equipment for small children is available free of charge on request.
Non-smoking: Please do not smoke in any of the apartments.
Pets
Payment Terms
Payment: Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Local tax: A local tourist tax of €2.10 per person and night is charged for all guests aged 14 and over.
Arrival & Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am. Other times are possible on request.

Cancellation
We look forward to welcoming you. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

Terms of Use – Digital Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, guests will receive the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter “Guest Pass”). According to Resolution No. 732/2022 of the Provincial Government of South Tyrol, the Guest Pass is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network as well as additional services, which may vary depending on the respective tourism organisation. Detailed information is available at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole provider of the Guest Pass throughout South Tyrol is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the central coordination body in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution by the Association of South Tyrolean Tourism Organisations (LTS) on 16 November 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass as well as the terms of use are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
